What to Expect
JetBlue has two different flight classes: The Core Experience and The Mint Experience. The Core Experience has all of the perks of a traditional first class flight without the first class fare. Passengers have access to free drinks and snacks. You can even enjoy movies and entertainment from DirectTV and Sirius XM radio. JetBlue’s ‘Fly-fi’ gives passengers free internet access as well. You’ll also have more leg room than you’ve ever had before in coach. The Mint Experience is JetBlue’s first class option. Seats fully lie flat to make it even easier for passengers to get some rest. JetBlue has even partnered with the famed New York restaurant Saxon + Parole to provide small plated dinners to Mint Experience passengers.

Two checked bags are also included with the price of the Mint Experience ticket. All carry-on bags are free of charge for everyone. Checked bags start at $35 for each additional bag for those who select Blue Plus fares and up. Those who are flying Blue fares have to pay $25 for their first checked bag and $35 for an additional bag, as there is no free checked bag included with this option. All third checked bags, no matter which fare you select, are $100 each.
